The BredaPhoto Festival locations are located in and around the city center of Breda and the trendy Belcrum district and are within walking distance of each other. If you come by train, Breda Central Station is a great start of a beautiful walking route of the festival and seeing the public exhibitions. Are you coming by car? Then you can park in various places across the city. You can rent a bicycle or even travel by boat.

By car to BredaPhoto

When you visit BredaPhoto by car, you can park under the festival grounds at the Chassé Parking. If you take the exit to the city center, you are directly in the heart of the festival. Another alternative is parking garage “Het Turfschip”, which is located close to the former “Koepelgevangenis” (the former dome shaped prison in the city center).

By train to BredaPhoto Festival

A visit to BredaPhoto Festival is convenient by means of train. Breda Central Station is well connected and has frequent connections to nearby places, including cities such as Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Amsterdam and even direct trains to Antwerp and Brussels. With the Intercity Direct train you travel with substantial travel time savings between Amsterdam Central, Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam Central and Breda and vice versa. By bike along the exhibitions

Although the distances between the exhibitions are easy to walk, a bicycle can also be convenient and cozy. Especially if you want to discover more of Breda. Central Station Breda on a rich amount of public transport bicycles. You can also rent bicycles at the various bicycle parking facilities in Breda, such as bike-parking de Oude Vest, or bike-parking Nieuwstraat.

With a boat from the Koepel to Belcrum Beach and STEK

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday there is a boat running between the former Dome prison and Belcrum Beach. A super fun way to get from the historic festival heart in the center to the hip, industrial Belcrum area. You can hop on and off at the two locations. The boat runs from 10:00 to 16:45 according to the timetable below. You’re on the water for about half an hour. Meanwhile, you can of course enjoy the city of Breda from the water. Pay in cash when boarding or buy your ticket at Full = full.
